PSCX launches Purple Square Nordics
We are delighted to share that Purple Square CX AB is now open for business, giving Purple Square a dedicated Nordic presence to support clients and partners across Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Iceland and beyond.
Although the subsidiary is new, our connection with the region is not. Purple Square has worked with clients across the Nordics throughout our history — from supporting IBM with the MarTech deployment of a globally recognised brand through an incredibly cold Finnish winter, to working with Swedish retailers, Danish financial services organisations and telcos across multiple locations.
Until now, we have always done that from the UK. Since Brexit, we have been able to maintain momentum, but it has never felt quite enough — for us, for our clients, or for our partners. We have long had the ambition to establish a local presence in the region, but it needed thought, planning and the right timing. Over the last 18 months, we have been doing exactly that.
In May 2026, we officially opened Purple Square CX AB. The timing was not accidental, although we did manage to launch just in time for a significant part of the Nordics to head into summer holiday mode. That gave us the space to prepare properly and shape the next phase of our activity.
For us, 2026 felt like the right moment. We have strong client relationships in the region, new conversations developing, and increasing demand from our vendor partners to help build practical CRM, CX and MarTech capability locally.
Purple Square Nordics will focus on helping enterprise B2C organisations make customer engagement work in the real world — by connecting CX strategy, CRM and MarTech capability, data, operating model and hands-on delivery.
Andrew Addison will personally lead the growth of PSCX Nordics and will be in Stockholm and Copenhagen during the week of 7 September. We hope to meet as many CRM, CX and MarTech leaders as possible, both through one-to-one conversations and a small networking session.
We are excited to be open for business in the Nordics.
