We’re now Purple Square CX
I wanted to let you know that Purple Square CX is our new trading name!
Over the last 12 years, we’ve seen a huge shift in the way businesses engage with their customers and Purple Square have always supported and advised on the role of different technologies within each organisation! As we’ve adapted to the emergence of Customer Experience (CX) and the different and integrated technologies the role and function our clients need from us has evolved from more than just a tech consultancy, but to a valued partner across a wide range of areas.
Whilst Technical Implementation and Consulting still forms an important part of our work, a rapidly growing aspect of our work over the last few years supports the more Strategic/Advisory aspect that Customer Experience Tech plays in organisations:

- the impact on marketing operations & processes;

- the integration of data & insights to deliver meaningful customer journeys;

- and the impact and resource challenges that face marketing organisations every day;
just to name a few….
The challenge has always been that we have externally presented ourselves in a way that didn’t really represent who we were.
That’s why I’m delighted with our rebrand, which now reflects our daily operations more accurately than ever before.
As Purple Square CX, we’ll be creating more content, guidance and advice based on our “5 Core Principles of CX”:

3. Data
4. People
5. Technology
