We designed, built, and implemented a scalable real-time behavioural trigger programme across eight markets. This involved more than just Technology & Platforms; it required us to integrate clean Data & Insight, streamline Process & Operations, and enable their People & Organisation.
From technical integration and data flow design to marketing team enablement and new ways of working, we ensured every core capability was aligned. Within six months, they moved from zero to 3.5 million personalised customer interactions.

Embedding and Scaling Success
Our work continues with trigger optimisation and rolling the programme out to additional markets. The focus now is on embedding this capability into their Process & Operations and People & Organisation, ensuring they can sustain and scale personalisation independently.
