Learning Terms & Conditions

Bookings
Provisional bookings can be made by email, internet or the telephone for any of the training courses offered by Purple Square. Bookings will be assigned based on course availability and spaces.

Fees
The fee for each attendee includes a hard-copy of student course materials and access (for the duration of the course only) to the online learning environment. The costs included in the Work Order are exclusive of VAT. Purchasers will be invoiced after the training has taken place. Failure of an attendee to attend any part of a course will not entitle the customer to any reduction or refund of the course fee.

Work Order
A signed Work Order must be received two weeks before the course start date. Purple Square reserves the right to allocate provisional courses to other customers if the Work Order has not been received within this period. Following receipt of the Booking Form from the purchaser, a Work Order will be raised and the attendees will be emailed the relevant documentation.

Rescheduling / Cancellations
A confirmed booking rescheduled two weeks or more before the course start date will not be charged.

A confirmed booking rescheduled less than two weeks before the course start date will be charged 25% of the course fee.

A confirmed booking cancelled four weeks or more before the course start date, will not be charged.

A confirmed booking cancelled between two and four weeks before the course start date will be charged 50% of the course fee.

A confirmed booking cancelled less than one week before the course start date, will be charged 100% of the course fee.

Changes
Purple Square CX reserves the right to change the content and emphasis of any of the courses, especially to reflect changes in products and advancements in methodologies. The right is also reserved to cancel or alter the dates of courses without any liability whatsoever (direct, indirect or consequential).

Purple Square CX will endeavour to give as much advance notice of such cancellation or alteration as possible.

Purple Square CX is not liable for any delay in delivering or failure to deliver any of its courses due to circumstances outside of the companies or individuals control.

Expenses
The purchaser is responsible for all expenses accrued by the attendees, this includes all of their travel and accommodation costs throughout the duration of the course. Purple Square CX is and will not be liable for any such costs.

Facilities
Where a course is to be delivered onsite at the purchaser’s location, the purchaser is responsible for the provision, at the purchasers cost, of appropriate facilities including classroom; attendee laptops; internet access (for connectivity to the online learning environment); projector and screen; whiteboard and/or flipchart.

Liability
Purple Square CX sole liability in respect of the provision of any training course is to carry out the learning programme which Purple Square CX has laid down for the duration of the course. It gives no guarantee that an attendee will reach any particular standard as a result of attending the course.

Purple Square CX accepts no liability for (and the customer shall indemnify Purple Square CX against) any claims, costs or expenses which may be made against or incurred by Purple Square CX in respect of any injury to attendees or loss of or damage to their property occurring whilst they are on Purple Square CX premises except in the case of personal injury caused by Purple Square CX negligence within the meaning of Section 2(1) of the Unfair Terms Act 1977.

Course Materials
Course materials such as student and workshop guides will be provided to attendees as a hard-copy. No electronic copies of student guides or presentation material will provided.

Copyright
The Copyright and all other intellectual property rights in all of the courses shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Purple Square CX. The purchaser undertakes not to copy or permit the copying of course materials, nor use the same courses for running in-house training.

Conditions
These Terms and Conditions supersede any already published pertaining to the sale of training products and services.

Warranty
The purchaser accepts that it is their responsibility to verify that the course content is suitable for the attendee’s requirements, that each attendee has completed the specified preparation and has the necessary level of competence to be able to achieve the objectives of the course.
